I entered the USPS confimration number you gave me and it says “your package was notified by the shipper or shipping partner to expect it for mailing” Has my package been shipped!?
YES!!!! If you received the confirmation email from us then your package was shipped. If you didn’t receive a confirmation then check your spam/junk folders next. IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS NOT SHIPPED YOU WOULD BE CONTACTED WITHIN 48HRS FROM PAYMENT. USPS numbers are for CONFIRMING DELIVERY. They are not used to track each package through every post office they go through therefore you may see that same status up until the point of delivery. UPS numbers can take up to 48 HOURS to be seen online so please keep that in mind too. I have the tracking/confirmation number, and it has been X days since it was shipped and I still do not have it. Will you check with the post office or UPS for the status? The information you see online is the SAME that the post office, UPS and we can see. There is nothing that we nor the post office, nor UPS can do about your package if it is delayed in another city. If a package has not arrived after 14 business days then we can issue a trace with the post office. UP
