I entered some IC Pro information, but when I went to the Home/Command Central page my points were taken away! Whats up?

If the score is 0: IC Pro won’t give you any score at all until you complete the W-9 information. A W-9 is the most basic requirement to establish you as an independent contractor, so even if you have other sections of the IC Pro page completed, we won’t give you an IC Pro score until you have completed this section.
