I entered my account info in Navizon and I am getting a message saying “Invalid username or password”. Why is that?

The username and password fields are Case-Sensitive. So you need to enter them EXACTLY as you created them when you registered your profile. Your problem may be that many devices make the first letter upper-case by default. So, if I enter “johndoe”, the device will automatically change it to “Johndoe” (notice that the first letter is upper case).
