I entered an address and the device says that the address doesnt exist. Is the unit defective?
No. Occasionally, the map data contained in the unit may have some minor errors and/or omissions. There is not a problem with the unit, just some mistakes contained in the data base when it was created. The maps are constantly being updated and improved and future map updates that we will have available will usually correct these errors.
