If an entry was made in error before Report 017 (Generated Defined Contribution Deductions) runs, the entry can be deleted and corrected by agency personnel. If Report 017 has already processed, a Letter of Authorization for Data Changes (LOA) can be submitted to delete the incorrect entry. Once completed, the agency can re-enter the deduction information on HN1U1 screen.
