I enrolled online, but didn receive an E-mail confirmation. What happened?
Most Email servers transmit and receive E-mails in less than 30 minutes. If you still have not received a confirmation E-mail after 30 minutes, check the first page of your printed enrollment form, to make sure you did not mistype the E-mail address. If you are using a ‘.gov’ E-mail address (‘.gov’ is a suffix which indicates a “government” E-mail address (e.g., “publicjq@state.gov” may represent John Q. Public, who works at the Department of State, which is part of the government)), it is likely that you inaccurately entered your e-mail address. If you are using webmail (the term “webmail” indicates a web-based E-mail account service (e.g., HotMail, MSN, Yahoo!, etc.)), it is possible that your webmail account has been suspended for inactivity, or that your mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages.
