This message is usually related to security settings within the Web browser. The latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is recommended (updates can be downloaded from Microsoft’s Web site). If you use a browser provided by your Internet Service Provider (AOL, for example), we recommend that you connect to the Internet as you normally do, then minimize all windows. Open Internet Explorer and use it to download OneTouch Software.
