I eat only yughurt, fruit and occationally chicken, is this unhealthy?
you should take a muilti to make up for the one you don’t get in all the foods you are missing. but you may want to maybe add some variety to all you been eating. if you like yogurt add some fruit to make you own shake or use juice instead of milk sometime but when you eat you chicken add some type of fat just a little because you body needs it just use a small spray of Pam just for taste and try some veggies. all in all you will do much better cause after a while you body will get used to those foods you eat and than it will shut down and you will not loose anymore for awhile so if you have a very small amount of different thing it will better in the long run.
