I eat 7 (female) / 9 (male) servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Can I still benefit from NanoGreens?
Are these 7-9 servings from a wide variety of fresh or lightly cooked fruits and vegetables of all the different colors? But even they have days when their schedule or travels won’t allow it.
