Yes. USAT and USAC have agreed to share the information as long as it is done through NCSI. As long as the background check is done in the current calendar year, it can be used for USAC. Instructions on how to release the information from the USAT background check done through NCSI are available on the Criminal Background Check procedures page. USA Cycling does not automatically have access to this information. You must release it to USA Cycling.
