Installing Ulead Art Texture is different to most plugins – you have to run an install program. To install double click on the At10f.exe file. When it asks for the location to save the file (or similar wording) put it where you have your other Plugins (create a sub-folder called Ulead). You will need to go into Preferences in PSP and tell it where this folder is.
