I downloaded the Free Software, but my Username and Password do not work when trying to Log In?
It’s important to remember that when you register your information and create an account to download the free software, your username and password is not active for fullACCESS on your PHONE. You do not need to log-in to the software in order to use the free stations area and test things out. However, you can come back to our website and use your login information to access your account and upgrade to a fullACCESS pass.
