A. If you are currently using a demo version of LogWare III and want to purchase it, please contact an Application Specialist or Customer Service representative. They can take your order and, upon approval of payment method, provide you with a serial number and a license file. The license file can then be applied to LogWare to provide continued access to LogWare III. When applying the new license file, a prompt is displayed for entering the serial number. Licenses cannot be added to LogWare until a valid serial number has been entered. Hart will also send you a User’s Guide and the LogWare III installation media.
