I downloaded and installed the version 5 Acrobat READER, but it looks like my computer is still using my old Acrobat 4 READER how do I get the new READER to work?

This usually happens when you download and install the new READER without first removing your old READER. If this is what you did, you will need to uninstall both your new READER and any old READER(s) you may have had on your computer.
