After downloading a file from web file access, a copy is stored on the PC that you have downloaded it to. If you then edit the file and save it again, this copy, saved locally, will differ from the one available via web file access. If you wish to overwrite the file that’s already there, you must use the upload facility in web file access to copy the file back to your University filestore / Learn / Intranet / TeachDoc as appropiate.
