Firstly we recommend only Internet Explorer Ver. 6.0 and above. However if you have downloaded songs using Firefox or any other browser the Media player will prompt for a Email Id and password. Simply re-enter your Email Id and password you registered with. Be connected to the Internet at time of submitting this info. The song will play momentarily.
