I double-click the BQTournament or BQQuote icon to start the software and nothing happens. What is wrong?

If you are using a Vista or Windows 7 computer: Security features on Windows Vista and Windows 7 computers prevent BQTournament and BQQuote from saving files. To fix, do the following: Right click on each program’s icon and choose Properties. Select the Compatibility tab, and choose for Privilege Level – Run this program as an administrator. Next, click the Show settings for all users button and set the privilege level for all users to Run this program as an administrator. Click Apply then OK. After doing this, you should be able to just double click on the icon for the program to run.
