A. Because the program is set to use ‘Automatic’ XP themes by default. If you want to set your own colors or import color preferences from .CPF files, simply go to the ‘Style & Position’ settings in the ‘Preferences’ dialog box and select ‘Custom’ in the XP themes drop-down list.
