I dont yet know all my numbers… should I sign up now or wait until I do know every telephone number to which I want a PIN number assigned?

You have the option on the application form to immediately start the service or for College Talk to hold your application until you know all you numbers. Starting immediately will allow you to use College Talk for telephone numbers that you now know and you can add the rest later for a charge of $3.50. Or you can apply now and assure your enrollment, but not activate your service until we have all your numbers. This assures you of having a spot reserved, but will save you the $3.50 change fee.
