Yes, you certainly can. While Promotions Manager is designed to make is quick and easy for you to create your emails from any of the 12 templates supplied, some customers’ requirements go above and beyond the template layouts provided. If you are an experienced HTML developer, you may like to create your own HTML emails from scratch and Promotions Manager provides you with the ability to do so. However, if you are not familiar with HTML, we often recommend to our customers that they consider having a professional web developer create your initial email design for you. This can then be saved in Promotions Manager and ‘re-used’ for each subsequent email you wish to create in the same format (ie. similar to the ‘Save As’ function in Microsoft Word). Quality graphic design is a specialised skill, and the perception created by professionally designed email marketing pieces is worth the small investment.
