To use the Martial Arts facilities of Central PA Mixed Martial Arts, you need to be a member of one of the programs. Fitness memberships pay for the fitness facility and Martial Arts memberships pay for the Martial Arts facility. All Martial Arts memberships come with a free fitness membership.
