When you submit your vacancy details you will be allowed to choose an alternative e-mail address for potential candidates to post to. Unlike your registration e-mail, this address will be visisble. Alternatively you could just request that all candidates look on your own web-site for appllying for a new vacancy and supply your web link accordingly.
