I don seem to be receiving any email from Etsy. What should I do?
There are a few things you can do to help ensure our emails get through: • Make sure your email addresses on file are correct. If this address isn’t correct, we can’t contact you and neither can buyers. • Check your spam/junk folder to see if our emails were diverted there by your email client. • Add Etsy’s email addresses to your address book. This will ensure our emails don’t end up in your spam/junk folder. We recommend adding the following addresses to your contacts list: registration@mail.etsy.com (for registration), support@etsy.com, abuse@etsy.com, content@etsy.com, community@etsy.com, billing@etsy.com (those are for Etsy Help), transaction@etsy.com (for transaction notices), and conversations@mail.etsy.com (for Convo notifications). • Let us know if you think you’re missing an email from Etsy by contacting Support.
