I don’t see anything on the display, and I’ve already tried adjusting the screen contrast and changing the battery. What else might be the problem?

There might be a battery contact issue. You can verify that by squeezing the organizer with your thumb and finger where the Logio logo is located. If you only see the display when you squeeze the battery compartment, then it’s a battery contact issue. To fix that, you can gently peel off the rectangular label on the back of the organizer and then with an eyeglasses type Philips screwdriver remove the four screws securing the metal plate. You’ll then see a bent metal pin that makes contact with the battery. Bend the pin a little more so that when you put the cover back on, it pushes down the contact pin more firmly against the battery.
