I dont see all the clients from my programs roster listed in the client drop-down. Why not?
An earlier problem was fixed, but a new one has been identified. The earlier fix was to include records with MHARS purpose codes of “update” or “correction.” In an effort to prevent duplicate client listings, we inadvertently removed some clients. This will be fixed in the application on November 21. There are two remaining reasons this could occur. First, if the unit is a licensed outpatient program, the “missing” clients may be shown in the PCS application under a satellite site. Second, the roster may not be complete in the application from which we are importing the data. Please check the Reference Manual (“Using the Application” on the Help menu), “Create New Submission when a Program is in MHARS,” for a description of the program types and populations (adult, child) for which data are imported from CAIRS.
