If your Zix Signature is still Active, you may have an option to recover your Zix Signature file and create a new Signature Phrase. (To verify that you have an Active Zix Signature: Open Zix Signature Manager to see if your email address is displayed, click Update Status to determine your current status.) If your Zix Signature is Active you may proceed with the following options: Option 1 – When you first created your Zix Signature, you were prompted to create a Zix Signature Recovery File and store it safely.
