I don’t remember my Campus ID and/or PIN or my NetID and/or password – what should I do?
Current students should contact the DoIT Help Desk ((608) 264-4357, http://helpdesk.wisc.edu, help@doit.wisc.edu) for assistance with NetID and/or password access to the MyUW web portal. Former students can contact Office of the Registrar PIN Line at (608) 263-6612 for assistance with their Campus ID number/PIN. Normal business hours are: Monday-Friday, 7:45 a.m. -4:30 p.m., excluding holidays).
