I dont remember doing business with Marsh, do I need to do anything?
In order to participate in this Settlement, you must have purchased insurance or reinsurance through Marsh (or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates) or another Broker (or one of their subsidiaries or affiliates). Definitions of the terms Marsh and Broker are provided in the Notice.
