I don receive order notification e-mails. What is the problem?
We send tons of e-mails daily and are having no problems. With spam as an epidemic, spam filters are getting more strict and most likely to blame. To solve this problem, add (or have your ISP add) deleted-but-not-forgotten.com to your spam filter’s white list. If you still are not receiving e-mails, try using a different e-mail address (on a different mail server). If this still fails, the only thing left is to sign into DBNF site and check for orders status manually.
