The service zMail is built on — Outlook Live — is still under development, and Microsoft is keen gather user feedback. Please let Microsoft know of your concerns by clicking Options and clicking on the give us feedback link at the bottom of the page. If your issue is preventing you use the e-mail service, please also let the IT Service Centre know.
