I don’t know what to put for my blood degree because my BIA card and T&H card are different. How does KIC decide?
Tlingit/Haida Central Council recognizes only Tlingit and Haida. If your BIA card includes any other ethnic group, Tsimshian, Yupik, etc., they won’t accept it. They won’t take a blood degree from the BIA unless it is broken down into ethnic groups. KIC’s blood degree is based on all identified groups and does not break down a total.
