I don know how to specify a file to have the generic drive and directory that is on the CD. For instance, If I burn the CD on e: how will I know what CD drive the user will have?

Just use the backslash only and it assumes that is the root directory on the drive the program is running on. For example if your e: drive has a sub-directory called text and a file called readme.txt you would do it like follows: Path and Program – \text\readme.
