Absolutely! Have the Writing Workshop instructor sign and date your draft. Keep that draft until you bring your Student Activity Log to the Workshop. Show both your Log and draft to the instructor (or any instructor in the Writing Workshop) or to one of the Instructional Assistants and the signature will be validated.
