If you’ve forgotten or lost your password please look for the email containing this information that we sent you when your BT Total Broadband was first set up. If you still can’t find your password please reset your password. To get your BTinternet username please call 0800 111 4567, select option 1 and follow the instructions. You will need your account number and the number of the line you have BT Total Broadband on. You can find both of these numbers on your BT bill.
