I don have an accounting system. How is Psych Pal handling my patients balances and payments?
Psych Pal has a simple accounting feature. It tracks the billing, payments and patient’s balance. It also tracks the money received in the Front Desk by breaking it down to Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Check. At the end of the day, your front desk staff should hand you the money as reported by Psych Pal. You can then click the “Confirm Receipts” to confirm that you receive the money. This will free up the front desk staff from such accountability after you receive the money.
