I don have a whole lot of time to commit to learning to box or working out – how long are the workouts?

The training plan, as written, will have you working out anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5hrs – 5 days a week. The workouts you are doing depend on where you are at in the program. If that seems like too much, you can scale it back (doing 2 minute rounds vs three or skipping certain workouts), but for obvious reasons, if you want maximum results – you should follow the program as written. Not to lecture you, but everyone has the same amount of time to work with in their lives – it’s how they prioritize it. Some people manage to fit it all in to very busy schedules – you’ll have to take a look at what really matters to you. To help with that, I’ve included a lesson on time management in order to set you up for success.
