On open access PCs the EndNote Web option is already installed. If the tab in Word is showing EndNote rather than EndNote Web click on the EndNote tab then click Preferences. Click the Application tab and choose EndNote web from the drop down menu. Enter your e-mail address and password and click OK. You should then see the EndNote web commands in Word. If you are not using a machine with EndNote X2 or later installed you will need to install the EndNote Web plugins. Click the Download installers link at the bottom of the EndNote Web screen and select the appropriate software for your PC. Instructions will be provided with the software.
