• Select sign in in to the V Cast Music with Rhapsody online store, then select “Don’t have a password?” • Enter your 10-digit mobile phone number. Use ONLY numbers. Do not enter dashes, symbols, or spaces. • Click “Send.” Your temporary password will immediately be sent to your mobile phone as a TXT message. • After you have received your temporary password, enter it into the Temporary Password box. Note: Passwords are case-sensitive. • Create a new password: • Enter your desired new password into the New Password box. (Or you have the option to select “Save my Login & Password.” By doing so, each time you log in to the online store, you can simply hit “login” and your login and password are automatically recalled.)
