Yes, you can order prints and products with free accounts from Flickr as well as Pro accounts. There is one limitation. In the case of free Flickr accounts, your original images are not provided by Flickr. The images are scaled down and the largest size available has an image resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels (or less). This is suitable for print sizes upto 5″ x 7″ only. However, they can be printed on Mugs and T-Shirts without any issues.
