I don have a credit card or debit card , i usually work with cash, can i still rent a car?
nope. but you could get a credit card and have them hold it then pay cash at for it when you return it that way nothing goes on the card, maybe your parents could let you use theirs. you can also buy those pre paid credit cards at the grocery store they are like ten bucks then you load money onto them at a coin-star or other locations and that way you will have a credit card to rent a car. you just put as much on there as you would need.
