You can pay by money order payable to Good Idea Creative Services (international money order if you are outside the US) via snail mail. Include your name, address, and your e-mail address. Please write your e-mail address twice to be sure that it is correct and we can read it. This is very important because you will receive access to the e-book(s) by e-mail. Also, be sure to state which titles you are ordering, and for each title, what format you need. Our mailing address is: Good Idea Creative Services, 324 Minister Hill Road, Wheelock VT 05851 USA.
