WIC must use the information reflected on the LES: Included as Gross Income: Basic Pay Basic Allotment for Subsistence (BAS) Flight Pay Deployment Pay: Family Separation Allowance Foreign Duty Pay Hazardous Duty Pay These payments can be counted over a 12 month period Excluded Income for Military Families: Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) Family Separation Housing Overseas Housing Allowance Cost of Living Allowance (COLA)
