Oh man I cannot believe I am about to answer these questions and out myself as a former Sailor Moon fan but here we go: – Sailor Pluto does not hang out with Sailor Moon because she has to guard the time gate. – The Sailor Senshi are divided into 2 groups: the Inner Senshi and the Outer Senshi. The Inner Senshi are the personal protectors of Sailor Moon, and the Outer Senshi are responsible for the safety of the solar system.
