I don feel comfortable working out with hard-core fitness people. Where can I go?
The Group Fitness program offers “Lite” group fitness classes for the novice or those who have been away from activity for a while. These classes include kickboxing, yoga and step. They are non-intimidating, shorter in duration, lower in intensity, easy to follow and focus on fun. The Rec Center also has cardio equipment in less utilized areas of the Rec Center if you would rather work out away from the crowds.
