I don’t’ fee comfortable working out in a gym but need to get started on something, what can you do for me?
A lot of people don’t feel comfortable at a gym. They feel intimidated by all the younger, slimmer, or fitter people. They don’t like others looking at them. They don’t know how to set up and use the equipment or how to sequence their exercises. I have several solutions. Trainers can come to your house. You can come to my studio. Or we can design a program that you can do at your home or at work (some buildings have gyms in the basements, usually are not used very much). Also, we can check up on you via the internet. Having worked in many facilities around the DC area, I can even make some suggestions on smaller gyms that you might find more comfortable. The important thing is to get you to a place you feel at ease so that you will more likely to stick with the program.
