Get whey protein powder from vitamin shop, if you drink milk then it makes great shakes. I guess you could try it with soy milk, but I personally think soy milk is not as healthy as real natural milk is. If you are actually at a healthy weight, then all you need is around 60g of protein a day. 1 whey protein shake with milk is about 30 grams of protein, so just drink one of those whenever, and get protein from everything else. Breads have protein in em, almonds do too and they are a good source of vitamin E and healthy fats.
