• All iPhone accounts are managed by O2, so you’ll have to sign up to one of O2’s iPhone tariffs to get the iPhone. All iPhone billing is done online so you must have an email address ready when you sign up. • If you want to keep your existing number, you’ll need to get a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from you current network provider. Contact your network to get one – if you’re still in contract you may need to pay a cancellation fee first. • Order your iPhone online , visit any Carphone Warehouse store, or call 0870 087 0870 (calls cost 6p/min from BT landline, call costs from mobiles and other networks vary). • We’ll give you a temporary number to use while we transfer your number to your iPhone. Your new number will be transferred within two days of O2 receiving your PAC.
