I dont actually fund the financing or carry the notes myself. Do I still have to register with the OCCC?
Maybe. If you take the application for credit and get the contract signed, you are originating the contract and therefore need to register. If the customer goes to a finance company or other lender and comes back with the cash or a check to purchase your goods or services, then you dont have to register.
