No, Millipore does not offer any smaller plates for ELISpot assays. You could attempt to use Millipore plate sealing tape (MATAHCL00) to cover the unused portion, but this is not recommended. It is likely during washing steps you may inadvertently expose the membrane surface to washing buffers. Another caution to reusing plates is their expose to 37°C incubations. This exceeds recommended storage conditions (room temperature).
