You need to right-click on the Internet Explorer toolbar and select “Customize”. In the “Available toolbar buttons” you will see two buttons added by URLchopper: “Top” and “Up”. Use the “Add button” on the “Customize Toolbar” form to add these two buttons to the list of visible buttons.
